Having a warm home, improving comfort and reducing energy bills are big priorities for homeowners in Scotland. Now, you can do all of these things while also making your home more environmentally friendly, sustainable and with a lower carbon footprint. With advice and financial support, making your home green is easier than you might think.
You’ve probably heard about renewable heating, like heat pumps? But do you want to find out more?
Dylan Rendall, one of our expert Technical Officers, will be delivering a webinar around heat pumps in an urban setting, touching on other renewable technologies that are available, what would be suitable for your home and the support you can get from Home Energy Scotland. Each webinar will be a 45 minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A where you can ask any questions you may have.
This webinar will look at your options for improving the efficiency of your urban home. We will focus on identifying suitable options which can reduce both your energy bills and carbon impact. For those connected to the mains gas network we will explore the benefits and considerations of the alternative systems that are available.
If you live in a rural setting, please check out our Webinar: Looking at heat pumps in an rural setting, which will take place on Wednesday 29 November, 12 noon – 1pm.
