Heat pump training

Electric heating metering and billing
If your organisation gives advice about energy and billing, this session covers everything an advisor needs to know to be able to give sound advice on electric heating.
People with electric heating often find it challenging to keep their home warm and comfortable and their energy costs affordable.
This training can be customised to meet your schedule, participant levels of knowledge or to focus on the heating and metering combinations relevant to the people you work with.
This three-hour session includes:
- How different electric heating systems work.
- Understanding heating controls.
- Electricity supply, meters and tariff types.
