Refer people through our secure online portal
By referring your clients or community members to us, you’re helping them get the best impartial energy advice to keep them warm for less. Our online portal is secure and easy to use – you can make a referral at any time, using any device. You just need online access and permission from the person you’re referring.
As soon as you make the referral, we’re sent a notification and can contact the householder to see how we can help. You can check progress and get reports on your referrals at any time.

Together we can make your events shine
No matter where you are in Scotland we can add an exciting, extra element to your event or gathering. We’ll provide advice stands and speakers and can run energy efficiency surgeries to add value to your event and help attendees save energy and money. We’re also happy to get involved with online events and webinars.
Get involved with workshops and training
Want to train staff and volunteers in energy efficiency, giving advice or working with people in fuel poverty? We’ll signpost you to professional, accredited energy advice training and help your audience access our services. We’re flexible and can run sessions for multiple organisations online or at one of our advice centres, or deliver tailored in-house events.
We can help you secure funding
There are lots of funding options out there, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. We work closely with a wide range of funders and will point you in the direction of funding to help you reach your goals. Just get in touch with us and we can chat through the different options and see which is right for your project.
