Be aware

We don’t cold call, we don't share your details with installers without your permission and we don't offer checks on improvements installed unless you tell us something's not right. In addition, we only phone you if you’ve given us permission to do so. Our advisor will introduce themselves with their name, and will check if they’re speaking to the right person by confirming your name and detailing why they are calling. If you’re suspicious, please do not give out any personal information. You can always hang up and call us back – for free – to check if the call was genuine.

You can register with the Telephone Preference Service to minimise the number of unsolicited calls you receive, and you can also report any suspicious calls to Trading Standards Scotland.
