Workshops and training

Our employee engagement service provides expert trainers who can deliver tailored, interactive group workshops online or in person to your staff. These can cover saving energy and water at home. Themes, messages and delivery can be customised to different audiences within your organisation if you have identified specific energy-saving needs or interests.

We provide advice on low and zero carbon heating, and renewable energy generation and storage. We can also share resources for you to use with your employees, like energy saving tips and posters.

Get in touch to request a workshop or visit our workshops and training page to find out more.

Home energy eLearning

Home energy eLearning is a fun, free, interactive tool that can help you and your colleagues learn how to save energy and money at home and help tackle the climate emergency. Home energy e-learners will take a virtual tour of a typical home to identify energy-saving hotspots and will discover how much energy, money and CO2 they could save by making simple energy-saving changes. It also provides valuable information on where to find support and what funding might be available.

Contact our employee engagement team to find out how we can kickstart your organisation's home energy eLearning.

  1. How to save hundreds of pounds a year on energy bills.
  2. Keep warm, healthy and comfortable at home.
  3. Find out about Scottish Government funding for energy-saving home improvements.
  4. Be part of a greener and healthier Scotland by saving natural resources and reducing pollution.
  1. Offer your staff a free employee engagement course delivering them tangible benefits and help them save money and carbon at home.
  2. Flexible eLearning. Staff can access the content at a time and place that suits them, perfect for people working from home or for staff that are not desk-based. Our eLearning module requires a spare half-hour and internet access and users get individual learning accounts, allowing them to access modules at home or work anytime.
  3. Create a happier workforce and increase productivity.
  4. Energy-saving knowledge can also transfer to the workplace, saving your organisation money.
  5. Help contribute towards achieving your organisation's corporate social responsibility and sustainability goals.
