Find out when we're open over the festive period.

Our advice line will be operating slightly reduced hours over the festive period so that our team can spend time with their loved ones. Here’s when we’re open:

Wednesday 24 December, Christmas Eve: 8am to 2pm
Thursday 25 December, Christmas Day: closed
Friday 26 December, Boxing Day: closed
Saturday 27 December: closed
Sunday 28 December: closed
Monday 29 December: 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 30 December: 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 31 December, Hogmanay: 9am to 2pm
Thursday 1 January 2026, New Year’s Day: closed
Friday 2 January 2026: closed
Saturday 3 January: closed
Sunday 4 January: closed
Monday 5 January: 8am to 8pm (normal hours resume)
