Our advice line will be operating slightly reduced hours over the festive period so that our team can spend time with their loved ones.  Here’s when we’re open: 

  • Wednesday 24 December, Christmas Eve: 8am to 2pm
  • Thursday 25 December, Christmas Day: closed
  • Friday 26 December, Boxing Day: closed
  • Saturday 27 December: closed
  • Sunday 28 December: closed
  • Monday 29 December: 9am to 5pm
  • Tuesday 30 December: 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday 31 December, Hogmanay: 9am to 2pm
  • Thursday 1 January 2026, New Year’s Day: closed
  • Friday 2 January 2026: closed
  • Saturday 3 January: closed
  • Sunday 4 January: closed
  • Monday 5 January: 8am to 8pm (normal hours resume)
