Our advice line will be operating slightly reduced hours over the festive period so that our team can spend time with their loved ones. Here’s when we’re open:
- Wednesday 24 December, Christmas Eve: 8am to 2pm
- Thursday 25 December, Christmas Day: closed
- Friday 26 December, Boxing Day: closed
- Saturday 27 December: closed
- Sunday 28 December: closed
- Monday 29 December: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday 30 December: 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday 31 December, Hogmanay: 9am to 2pm
- Thursday 1 January 2026, New Year’s Day: closed
- Friday 2 January 2026: closed
- Saturday 3 January: closed
- Sunday 4 January: closed
- Monday 5 January: 8am to 8pm (normal hours resume)
