Sharafaldin used the Low Emission Zone support fund to safely dispose of his old car which did not comply with Low Emission Zone standards.

Meet Sharafaldin who applied for the Low Emission Zone Support Fund and received a grant for disposing of his more polluting car. He also got extra help through the Travel Better Fund, and received a grant to purchase an ebike and a standard bike for another member of his household.

This fund is now closed to new applications, but you can sign up for updates on new rounds of funding on Energy Saving Trust's website.
