Our help and advice is for everyone
We know how hard it can be for some people to access information and we’re proud to work with organisations which support minority groups. This helps make sure our energy and money saving assistance reaches far and wide.
We’re keen to build new relationships too – so, if you work for a community organisation that represents a minority group, get in touch.
We’re happy to translate
We’re a partner of Happy to Translate, the initiative that supports organisations to engage with people who speak little or no English.
No matter what language our customers speak, where they’re from or what barriers they face, we make sure we can clearly communicate with them so they receive a quality service.

How we’ve supported organisations working with minority groups
We worked with Aberdeen Multicultural Centre to help Aberdeen’s Afro-Asian communities reduce their carbon footprint and become more energy efficient. Check out the Afro-Asian Community Energy Challenge case study to find out more.
